We know we need to do something, and we want to! But some of the most effective solutions available to us are expensive or inconvenient. In these increasingly difficult economic times, a very small percentage of thepopulation can afford to buy a hybrid or is willing to ride a bike or bus in place of their car. If our power to make a difference is dependant on the collective actions of people, we need to find an effective solution that a large percentage of the population can afford and conveniently use.
